ODYSSEY

[od-uh-see] noun, plural:

long series of wandering of adventures, especially when filled with eventful or an adventurous journey or experiences.

Ace Odyssey was born from a passion for helping others reconnect to their most authentic selves.  We work in community settings to provide therapeutic services and create therapeutic spaces for youth, teens, young adults and families. We stand on honesty, transparency and truth sharing.

It is through intentional, interconnected and intimate relationship with yourself that acts as a catalyst for life-giving relationships with others. Whether you desire to create more space in your physical environment or in the inner peaks and valleys of your heart, we help families make space to become the best versions of themselves.

With a holistic therapeutic lens, we approach healing from wide perspectives and schools of thought. We explore the extended family to address contributing influences of the current day concerns, seeking small revelations and changes over time. This process becomes a gateway for finding multigenerational patterns, creating boundaries, learning solutions while having a playful imagination. Bringing one’s extended culture, values and beliefs into therapy are also heavily infused in our work.

We agree with research that outlines the benefits of early intervention and its direct correlation to factors related to mental illness and relationship health recovery. The attention to the individual self in the formative years can and will have a long-lasting impact on adult decisions, choices and experiences.

This is why we serve to help fill the gaps for current and future young leaders into an intimate space with themselves that then gives rise to developing safe intimate relationships with others.

The journey towards operating at optimal health in multiple areas of yourself is less about the statement, "I don't have enough time," and more about the question, is what currently taking up space in my life still serving me?"

Join us and take the voyage within.

“Not all those who wander are lost.”

— J.K. Tolkien
